The only other thing Biden likes more than ice cream is trains and he never lets us forget that he believes in unions.
Just a few months ago Biden touted that he had negotiated a deal with rail unions to advert intensifying the supply shortages. Weeks later, most unions rejected the deal delivering Joe a big loss.
As the December 9, 2022 deadline approaches the country is headed to a rail strike, and now Biden is begging Pelosi to bail him out.
The “most pro-union president ever” isn’t siding with workers – who voted down his proposal – he’s trying to save face.
Should rail workers strike it is within their right, fully legal, and other rail unions are sure to join in. Let’s be honest, they have the leverage they know it so why wouldn’t they strike?
What is irregular is that Biden wants government (Congress) to force the unions into a contract so they can’t strike.
If this happens, that means collective bargaining is dead, and it was killed by a Democrat President who claims to be the “most pro-union president ever.”
Just like his vaccine mandates and mask orders, Biden is ruling like a tyrant (at least he is an incompetent one).

It was reported on November 22, 2022 by the White House that Biden was “directly involved” in the negotiations. However, a couple of days later Biden said, “My team has been in touch with all the parties, in rooms with the parties. I have not directly engaged yet because they’re still talking.”
Now he wants Nancy to bail him out.
Biden has said there is “no path forward” and told Nancy to take care of business.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi immediately announced she will call a vote this week to carry out Biden’s request, which will mean that paid sick leave for the 115,000 workers involved in negotiations won’t be included in the deal.
Why is Biden forcing the deal? Christmas.
Knowing what a strike would do to the Christmas season, Biden said “we cannot let our strongly held conviction for better outcomes for workers deny workers the benefits of the bargain they reached, and hurl this nation into a devastating rail freight shutdown.”
A failing “pro-union” President is forcing workers to take a deal because he doesn’t want to look bad.
