We’ve watched major cities like Chicago, Philadelphia, and New York City run into the ground.
Turns out that Chicago is so dangerous that Venezuelan immigrants are leaving the United States.
Texas Governor Greg Abbott has been sending immigrants to Chicago since August of 2022 because they boasted of being a “sanctuary city.”
Well, due to crime, harsh weather, and crumbling infrastructure, illegal immigrants have decided it’s safer to go back.

Venezuela-born Michael Castejon, 39, and his family have been sleeping on the floors of police stations and shelters after he could not afford to pay rent in Chicago – because his work permit was taking so long to arrive.
The family was renting an apartment through a city voucher program, that gives up to $15,000 for up to six months of rental assistance – but once it ran out, they had to give up their living space.
The dad found a job in construction, and he was getting paid in cash, but it wasn’t enough to sustain his family since they arrived in June.
After five months of rough living with no end in sight, the family decided to pack up their belongings and return to South America.
Castejon actually said that’s it’s better to under a harsh dictator in Venezuela than it is to live in the city of Chicago.
“The American Dream doesn’t exist anymore. There’s nothing here for us,” Castejon told the Chicago Tribune. “We didn’t know things would be this hard. I thought the process was faster,’ he said about the job permit situation in Chicago.”
“How many more months of living in the streets will it take? No, no more. It’s better that I leave. At least I have my mother back home,” he added. “We just want to be home. If we’re going to be sleeping in the streets here, we’d rather be sleeping in the streets over there.”
So who’s paying for this?
Catholic Charities of Chicago who is offering to move them home or “elsewhere in the States.”
Volunteer Brayan Lozano said that “the word of the situation in Chicago is beginning to spread.”
Democrat-run cities like Chicago are so bad that illegal immigrants are volunteering to go home. Many immigrants reported on by the Tribune said they are headed back to Venezuela citing crime and lack of jobs.
There you go folks, migrants from Venezuela fleeing a fascist dictator would rather return and starve than stay in Democrat-run Chicago.
