The latest update in the CCP balloon debacle is a literal slap in the face to all Americans.
China admitted that the balloon is theirs and “apologized.”
“The airship is from China. It is a civilian airship used for research, mainly meteorological, purposes,” a Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson confirmed Friday. “Affected by the Westerlies and with limited self-steering capability, the airship deviated far from its planned course.”
So not only did Joe fail to shoot down a balloon hovering over a missile silo, China came right out and admitted it was theirs.
Basically their saying, “yup, it’s ours and what are you going to do about it?”
This is a slap in the face and another national security blunder made by the Biden administration.
Former FBI special agent Jonathan Gilliam said on Fox News, “I’m not really worried about whether or not they have the ability to jam this thing and its ability to capture whatever it’s looking for. But how did it get over the United States? I mean, we can look at golf balls and see the dimples on golf balls from satellites. We can track meteorites moving at 50,000 miles per hour into the United States, but we don’t have the ability to see a balloon that’s moving slower than an airplane towards the United States before it even gets here. And it really makes you question what is NORAD, the CIA, the NSA, all these people that we believe are able to look and see these things. Space command, this brand new space command. Why couldn’t they have caught this? Because this is a national security blunder. It’s not the first time, admittedly, that they’re saying that this has happened. So how does it happen again? That’s the question it needs to be asked right now.”
Biden will talk all sorts of smack about Putin but when it comes to China, it’s a different story.
First off, if this had happened during the Trump administration, that balloon would have been incinerated, and bombers would have been flown over Beijing as a warning.
Maybe not directly over Beijing, but you get the point.
There is no peace through strength with the Biden administration.
The Biden administration can’t even handle an egg crisis, and now this is happening.
