A very strict protective order has just been imposed in the case against the Paul Pelosi attacker.
It appears that the regime really doesn’t want any evidence in the case to be made public.
Boy, they sure don’t want any of the evidence in the case against Paul Pelosi’s attacker to be made public. Very strict protective order recently filed: pic.twitter.com/lwhMqtFdyb

Seems a little extreme in a situation where the public has already been told all the undeniable facts, right? pic.twitter.com/8D92O0vKSQ

This type of protective order is usually not used in cases like this. The order is normally limited to a case involving a patent or trade secret. As one online commentator mentioned, it’s usually used when a company like coca Cola doesn’t want its recipe to appear in the Washington Post.
So people understand – this sort of Protective Order – which basically prevents any secret info from entering a public court filing and being picked up by news media – is generally limited to Patent or Trade Secrets cases. Like Coca Cola doesn’t want its recipe to appear in NYT. https://t.co/vAMogBezlq

The protective order comes after an NBC News, and local report challenged the narrative coming from law enforcement officials.
We previously reported A local news affiliate has reported they “spoke with a source familiar with the Pelosi investigation, who personally viewed body camera video recorded by officers responding to the Pelosi’s San Francisco home” and the body cam video shows Paul Pelosi opened the door for police.
NBC Bay Area (the networks San Francisco affiliate) ran this story titled: “Body Cam Video Shows Paul Pelosi Opened Door for Police, Despite DOJ Saying Otherwise: Source.”
From NBC Bay Area:
Police body camera video that captured the attack on Paul Pelosi, and the moments leading up to it, contradict one of the details included in the Department of Justice’s account of what happened that evening, according to a source familiar with the Pelosi investigation who personally viewed the body camera footage and spoke to the NBC Bay Area Investigative Unit.
Despite this contradiction over who opened the door, the basic facts of the attack are not disputed in the documents: 42-year-old David DePape is accused of breaking into the Pelosi home and attacking 82-year-old Paul Pelosi with a hammer. DePape is being held in San Francisco County jail on attempted murder and multiple other felony charges. According to court documents, DePape was looking for Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, Paul’s wife, and threatened to break her kneecaps.
In recent days, the Department of Justice and the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office have outlined differing accounts of who opened the door when police responded to Pelosi’s 911 call.
Senior Investigative Reporter Bigad Shaban shares new details about what the body camera video actually captured as police arrived at the Pelosi’s San Francisco home.
