Earthquake In Trump Case Dems Seethe

As many anticpate the ruling regarding the disqualification of Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis another courtroom earthquake went off.

Judge Scott McAfee has ordered to dismiss six of the charges in the RICO indictment including three against former President Trump.

From the Associated Press:

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee wrote in an order that six of the counts in the indictment must be quashed, including three against Trump, the presumptive 2024 Republican presidential nominee.

But the order leaves intact other charges, and the judge wrote that prosecutors could seek a new indictment on the charges he dismissed.

The six charges in question have to do with soliciting elected officials to violate their oaths of office. That includes two charges related to the phone call Trump made to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, a fellow Republican, on Jan. 2, 2021.

McAfee ruled that the counts were specific in terms of the detail “regarding the underlying felony.”

You can hear the disappoint in her voice toward the end of the segment.

You can hear the desperation, but, but, but the other charge is still there.

The ruling regarding the disqualification of Fani Willis is expected anytime and there is no inkling what Judge McAfee might do.

However, grab your popcorn and tune into MSNBC if he does disqualify her.
