Jill Biden is in hot water and has disappeared from sight after a new report shows her attempt to play president caused chaos during the withdrawal from Afghanistan.
Rear Adm. Peter Vasely, who was the top US commander in Kabul during the evacuation said it was made more chaotic by people like Jill Biden who was asking for special favors.
Vasely said in a report that was made public by a Freedom of Information Request that requests from the First Lady were a “distraction” that created competition for “already stressed resources.”
The 2,000-page report details that the White House and First Lady Jill Biden directly contributed to the chaos and stretched resources on the ground.
“I cannot stress enough,” Vasely told Army’s lead investigator, Brig. Gen. Lance Curtis, “how these high-profile requests ate up bandwidth and created competition for already stressed resources.”
The Biden administration has never recovered from the chaos they caused during the withdrawal in Afghanistan and now we see that Jill Biden is at the center of the mess.
The investigation is revealing that resources were stretched thin because the Biden administration failed to prepare for a withdrawal. Vasely said that special favors being directed by Jill Biden and our allies bogged down forces. The Admiral also revealed that his directives from the White House were changing every day.
“You had everyone from the White House down with a new flavor of the day for prioritization,” Vasely told Army investigators.
The report details that forces on the ground and line commanders are frustrated with the White House and State Department for bogging them down. Biden has defended their withdrawal plan however, official reports are highlighting the administration did not “plan for contingencies” as they claimed.
The report went public as Biden ramps up the rhetoric in Eastern Europe.
